PLANTERSVILLE — The Grimes County Crime Stoppers is seeking information which leads to the arrest and/or indictment of the person(s) responsible for an aggravated robbery at the Orduna Food Market located at 15562 FM 1774 in Plantersville.

Grimes County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the market at 9:26 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 25, after receiving a call from clerks. According to authorities, the clerks indicated that two individuals had entered the store with a handgun and proceeded to take an undisclosed amount of cash from the register. The suspects exited the store and fled on foot southbound on FM 1774. They were described by the victims as being two black males, one being approximately 5’4” in height, slender build wearing all dark clothing along with a white mask concealing his identity and the other being approximately 5’6” in height with a heavy build wearing a red “hoodie” sweat shirt with a black hood.

Grimes County Crime Stoppers is asking anyone who may have information that could assist in solving this crime to call 936-873-2000.
