What wonderful news to learn that Richards ISD will institute a building plan for the School District school! My precious neice, Fallon Fuller, sadly departed from us in August, would have loved to see improvement and change in the school facilities where her wonderful teachers used their talents to make learning an exciting experience. She was the daughter of my brother, Bevin Fuller, who is a member of the Richards School Board. We shall follow the progress of the development plan as we read about it in Lifestyles.
