Read moreDear Editor,
After finding out that my long-time friend, Grant Holt, would no longer be holding office on the Navasota City Council, I have decided to run for his council seat.
I have no particular agenda other than continuing to see Navasota move forward. I believe Navasota is moving in a positive direction and I will definitely keep that momentum going.
In holding a seat on the Planning and Zoning Board for the last six years, I have learned the direction in which the city is headed, and I would love to continue being a part of our great city going forward.
I am very active in the community and have been serving this community since my high school days.
If at any time anyone should have any questions, please feel free to contact me at 936-825-4846.
Please help me in continuing to move Navasota in the right direction. Your support would be greatly appreciated on May 6.
Sincerely,
James D. Harris
Navasota
