Iola (51-1) earned their fourth state championship in their 13th state tournament appearance including their second championship win over Crawford (47-7) who have two state titles. The Lady Bulldogs prevailed over the Pirates in 2020.

She was last seen in the 1100 block of Harlan Avenue in Wichita Falls. Navasota Police received information from several agencies in reference to a wanted person possibly driving northbound on Texas 6. A detailed description of the vehicle along with the identity of the wanted suspect was released. Kyandrae Chretian, 28, of Missouri City, had two warrants for Aggravated Sexual Assault.
