The Bedias Museum and Library is also offering new and interesting programing including second Saturday story times at 2 p.m., third Thursday Christian Movies, 5 p.m. and “A Fistful of Tango, Thursday, June 23, 2 p.m., at the Bedias Civic Center. Also, the Bedias Women’s Club is now taking reservations for booths for the Bedias Country Market slated for Oct. 27 at the Bedias Civic Center. Inside booths are $20 and out side booths are $10. This is our fundraiser to fund our annual Veterans Dinner and our local scholarships for Iola and Madisonville ISD. Please uphold the Anthony De’Milo Williams, Jr. family, who lost his life to an October drive by shooting in our little town of Bedias. Services for longtime Bedias resident, Richard Chisholm (RC), were held at Shiloh Baptist Church, at Pankey Monday, June 13. Mackie asks for us to hold Ben White in our prayers.
