The family of the late John and Rosa Herzog gathered at their home place in Dobbin (now the residence of their youngest son Darrell Herzog) for their annual Easter gathering. This year those unable to attend were made up by members who haven’t attended in a while, for a total of 74. Our cousins from Germany, Jan and Gunter Walz, are in Texas visiting family and were able to attend, as did Jan’s sister, Charlotte, from League City. It was a heart-warming day watching children run around the yard playing like we did when we were their age.
