Traditionally each year at the St. Joseph’s Homecoming Bazaar a group of people get together to purchase the Mayor’s Cap. The cap was purchased for $2,100 this year and is always presented to a person or persons who is instrumental in helping with the bazaar year after year. This year’s cap went to a surprised Willie and JoAnn Keyser.
