Summer athletic event schedule

Evergreen Baptist School will be hosting vacation bible school June 17 through June 20 from 6:30 p.m. through 8:15 pm. All district offices will be closed July 1 through July 5.

Calling all junior high and high school boys. There will be morning workouts from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Monday through Thursday. Coaches will be guiding the morning workout.

Boys basketball camp is June 24 through June

26. For children entering kindergarten through fifth grade the time will be 9 a.m. until noon. The cost is $50 per camper. For students entering sixth grade through ninth grade the time will be from 1 p.m. till 5 p.m. and the cost is $60. Both camps will take place at the Iola High School Gym. These camps are a lot of fun for the kids as well as a great opportunity for them to learn the basics about basketball.
