Multiple attendees enjoyed the Plantersville Crawfish Festival Saturday, April 27, tasting award winning crawfish as teams competed for top honors. Hugo Maldonado and Jennifer Ramirez show off a few of the thousands of pounds of crawfish that were cooked during the event. Winner photos will be in next weeks edition of The Examiner.
