Just a reminder the burn ban in Grimes County is still in effect.

Navasota Farmer’s Market at Navasota Public Library is Saturday, Oct. 14, from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. You can purchase fresh produce, arts and crafts, baked goods, etc.

Wildflower Artisan Market Fall Fest is Saturday, Oct. 21, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at Martha’s Bloomers, in Navasota.

Navasota LivestockAuction Weaned Calf Sale is Wednesday, Oct. 25, at 1 p.m. For more information call 936-825-6545.

The Place of Grace and Macedonia Baptist Church invites everyone to their National Night Out/Halloween Saturday, Oct. 28, from 3-7 p.m. It will be held at The Place of Grace on CR 313. Hope to see all our neighbors and community out for fun, games and food.

First Baptist Church, 301 Church Street in Navasota invites the county to their Thankful, Grateful Local Market Saturday, Nov. 18, from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.

St Mary’s Gigantic Annual Fall Rummage Sale is Saturday, Nov. 4, from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. at their church, 8227 CR 205, in Plantersville. There is no charge after 9 a.m. but if you come between 7 -9 a.m. there will be a $10 charge.

City of Plantersville’s “Treats On A Dirt Street” is Thursday, Oct. 26, from 6-8 p.m. at 11335 Lodge Lane. Please, have wrapped treats only.
