Let’s get Healthy

Grimes County Health Resource Center is offering a free workshop entitled “Let’s get Healthy.”

The workshop takes place every Friday from Jan. 3 till February 28, at the Sunshine Center, 129 Main Street in Anderson, beginning at 10:30 a.m.

Emphasis at the workshop will include exercise and healthy eating. There will be fun exercises for all fitness levels and instruction about eating healthy on a budget.
