There are numerous events throughout Grimes County to honor those who served to protect the United States. Veterans Day celebrations include concerts, school programs, a parade and more.

Highlights of the evening include an honor guard presentation of the flags with the National Anthem sang by Hannah Abraham. The Anderson-Shiro alum recently advanced to Nashville in the “Sound of Small Town America” music contest. She will open the concert with a four-song set.
