CHI St. Joseph Health Grimes Hospital held a Health First Fair Thursday, Oct. 24, at the Grimes County Fairgrounds. The event offered free Flu Vaccinations, health screenings, blood glucose screening, blood pressure screening and offered snacks, water and door prizes.
