A SPOOKTACULAR GOOD TIME

Built to serve as the Navasota City Morgue, the place of death is coming back to life this Halloween. The Navasota City Morgue Haunted House, 101 East Washington Avenue, is sure to be a spine-chilling good time for a great cause. Every Thursday, in October from 6-10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday, 6 p.m. until midnight, there will be additional frightening events.

Events include live actors (well mostly alive) in the haunted house, a bounce house, fortune teller, food truck and Wildflyer Meadery. Opening night is Saturday, Oct. 1.

The Navasota High School Theater group is playing a huge part in putting on a frightening show. A portion of the proceeds will help fund their annual trip.

No fear, there is plenty of time for family fun with a portion of the scare. Sunday through Wednesday are family nights. The haunted house will be open, but there won’t be live actors.
