Joseph Pete Kitkoski, Jr., 71, of Houston, died Wednesday, March 11, 2020, at his home.

A gathering of family and friends was held Monday, March 16, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Lindley-Robertson-Holt Funeral Home. A parish rosary, led by Charles Posinski, was recited at 10:30 a.m., followed by graveside services at St. Stanislaus Church Cemetery in Anderson. Deacon Grant Holt presided.

Joe was born Thursday, January 13, 1949 in Anderson to Joeseph Pete and Annie Pearl Seigle Kitkoski. He grew up in Anderson and graduated from Anderson High School and attended Blinn Jr. College in Brenham. Joe was an independent welding contractor that specialized in industrial buildings. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Candace “Candy” Elizabeth Berrier Kitkoski and a brother, Thomas Kitkoski.

Survivors include his sisters, Elizabeth “Liz” Paukert, Christine “Tina” Pasket and husband Adam and Theresa Dietrich, all of Anderson; a brother, Arch Kitkoski of Conroe along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
