MARY ANN HENSLEY

Ms. Mary Ann Hensley, 69, of Navasota, passed away Wednesday, July 17, at The Annointed Care Home in Bryan, Texas. A celebration of her life was held 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 23, at Nobles Funeral Chapel. Rev. Eric Dehmer officiated. Arrangements are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.

Mary Ann was born May 13, 1950 in Navasota to Clyde and Ethlynda (Boenker) Hensley. She worked for Entergy for many years until her retirement. She enjoyed antique shopping, casino trips, reading and playing cards and coin collecting.

She doted on her nieces and nephews and liked being involved in their activities. She was an avid Astros fan. Mary Ann lived with her mother and cared for her from 1986 when her father passed away.

She is survived by her mother, Ethlynda Hensley; brother and sister-in-law Jimmie Lee and Rosalie Hensley; sister-in-law Maria Hensley; nieces and nephews Heather and Brett Edmonds, Kristy Hensley, Shannon Hensley & Dominic Esquivel and Luke and Logan Edmonds; aunt and uncle Robert and Odie Boenker and cousins Carol and Ray Bless, Amy and Pete Kvapil and Sandy Gaschk.

Preceding her in death were her father, Clyde Hensley and brother Clarence Hensley.
