The Navasota Lady Rattlers had a hot start to their host tournament Aug. 10. They won all three games on opening day knocking off New Caney, Onalaska and Hempstead. The first three wins under new head coach LaToya Taylor. Navasota qualified for the gold bracket but lost both games Saturday. The Lady Rattlers are 3-3 on the season.
