Lady Rattlers win Brazos River Shootout Classic

WALLIS — The Navasota Lady Rattlers went undefeated (4-0) to earn the Brazos River Shootout Classic Championship.

Navasota (14-3) had wins over East Bernard, 41-34, Louise, 55-18, La Grange, 50-47, and Bellville, 55-30.

Senior Bryanna Stokes earned a spot on the all-tournament team. She scored 87 points and had 14 steals in the tournament. Ariyah Curley scored 34 total points and had 22 assists. Miracle Montgomery grabbed 40 rebounds.

Navasota tipped-off District 25-4A action Dec. 12, at Needville (results were not available at press time). The Lady Rattlers host Royal Tuesday, Dec. 19.
