The city of Navasota couldn’t wait to release the lineup for the eighth annual Texas Birthday Bash event that takes place March 6 and 7, 2020.

Unable to contain the excitement until next year, the city scheduled a lineup release via Facebook live Tuesday, Oct. 15, with the help of The Examiner and Willy 98.7.

Navasota city manager Brad Stafford announced that Kenny Graves, the voice of Navasota on Willy 98.7, will return to be the MC for the second year.

The lineup includes a mixture of country and Tejano music featuring award-winning artists both days. Headlining the show Friday, March 6, are the Hometown Boys and Little Texas.

Los Texmaniacs featuring the “King of the Accordion” Fla-co Jimenez will play Saturday, March 7, followed by Kevin Fowler who provides an electrifying live performance. New to the event is the performance of the Navasota’s Got Talent winner. This year’s winner, Noah Wenzel, will perform Friday at 5:30 p.m. and Saturday at 2:45 p.m. Friday’s lineup also includes a Tribute to George Strait with Derek Spence. Bill Mock and the Highway 105 Band, a local favorite, take the stage Saturday followed by Hayden Haddock and Grupo Vital who brought an outstanding performance to Navasota for the Sounds of Summer Concert Series.
