Navasota VFW is celebrating Flag Day Wednesday, June 14, from 6-8 p.m. There will be a presentation about the American flag and an American flag retirement ceremony.

Navasota Sounds of Summer Concert Series is back. The first concert is June 16, from 7-9:30 p.m. with live music, vendors and family fun. Friday, June 16 Rapture will perform; July 21 is Brown Sugar Band and Aug. 18, The Lost Boys will close out the series.
