Are you being impacted by Coronavirus?

March 18, 2020 - 00:00
Posted in:

The threat of the Coronavirus and the accompanying restrictions have generated a mix of feelings across the nation, such as fear or anger. While this is our reality today, next year or 20 years from now, this pandemic becomes our history.

So how are Grimes Countians coping? What do you fear the most? What angers you the most? How might your life be impacted? The Examiner is providing a platform to share your thoughts about this pandemic in your own words. Just as newspaper archives provide us a glimpse of how our ancestors handled the yellow fever or 1918 flu epidemic, your comments will become part of newspaper history, read by historians and genealogists for generations to come.

If you are 16 years or older, please share your thoughts in 150-200 words or less. Profanity or abusive language will not be accepted. Please provide your first name, last name and age. Comments will be accepted beginning Wednesday, March 18 through 12:00 p.m. Monday, March 23.

Email publisher@ navasotaexaminer.com, or mail P.O. Box 751, Navasota 77868. You may also deliver to the Navasota Examiner at 115 Railroad Street, Navasota 77868.
