Navasota Dancers excel at competition

The Navasota High School Diamonettes and the Navasota Junior High Fang Dancers competed in Cypress Saturday, March 6 and returned with an abundance of awards.

TOP: Diamonette Solo Finalists in the Virtual Showcase for Ascension Dance pictured L-R: are Haley Ramirez, Jocelynn Luna and Madison Nelms. BOTTOM: The NHS Diamonettes received the following officer awards: Judges Award, 1st Place Hip Hop, 1st Place Jazz, 2nd Place Contemporary, Best Overall in Jazz, Challenge Elite, Medium Spectrum 1 Grand Champion and Overall Grand Champion. They also placed third in Medium Ensemble.
