A celebration of the life of Robert Le’Earnest 47 of Navasota, Texas will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 16, 2024, at the Frist Baptist Church, 301 Church Street, in Navasota, Texas. Burial will follow in the Dennis Bryan Cemetery. Public viewing will be from 12 noon until 1:45 p.m.

This date happened to be the birthday of her beloved husband, John, and we have no doubt that he was waiting with open arms for her to join him in celebration. “Bern,” as she was known to most of her family had struggled with Parkinson’s and other health issues for many years, but was never one to complain or ask, “why me?” She was continuously searching for God’s “purpose” for her still being on this earth. Of course, we all knew exactly what His reason was for keeping her here: she was a most faithful disciple, always learning from His Word and putting that Truth into practice with all those she touched. She was a remarkable person, and her influence will be felt for generations to come.
